Summer Camp 2018
The troop’s time at Camp Hale was great. On our arrival at camp, we were greeted by helpful staff members. The facilities in camp were very extensive and were well kept. They offered many options for merit badges. The counselors were also helpful and did their best to make sure we would get the chance to earn their badges. However, some of the classes felt under staffed and some of the scouts in ours and other troops had to use up their free time just to finish a class. The cafeteria in camp was organized and the food was decent. The camp always had enough for seconds. When we were able to get free time, we had many options. We could choose between playing games or competing in camp competitions. Overall, our experience at camp Hale was good.
